By participating in any of the SunServe therapy, support, social, or self-care group sessions (hereinafter referred to as "the Group"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility:
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise specified.
- SunServe reserves the right to determine the suitability of a participant for a specific group based on the group's purpose and objectives.

Confidentiality:
- All participants must maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during group sessions. Discussing or disclosing any participant's personal information or stories outside the group setting is strictly prohibited.
- Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the Group and potential legal consequences.

Respectful Behavior:
- Participants are expected to treat each other with respect, kindness, and understanding. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Personal attacks, name-calling, or derogatory remarks are prohibited and may result in removal from the Group.

Attendance:
- Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled group sessions. Regular attendance helps maintain group cohesion and ensures a supportive environment.
- If unable to attend, participants should notify the Group facilitator in advance.

Professional Guidance:
- The Group is intended to provide support, social connection, or self-care guidance, not to replace professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. Participants are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals for their specific needs.

Content & Materials:
- Any materials, resources, or information provided during the Group sessions are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit permission from SunServe is prohibited.

Liability:
- SunServe, its facilitators, employees, or representatives, will not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes as a result of participation in the Group.
- Participants assume full responsibility for their personal well-being and decisions made during or after attending group sessions.

Media and Recording:
- Audio or video recording of Group sessions is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from SunServe and all Group participants.
- SunServe may occasionally use testimonials or feedback for promotional purposes, but will always seek explicit consent before publishing.

Termination of Participation:
- SunServe reserves the right to remove any participant from the Group for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, or violation of confidentiality.

Amendments:
- SunServe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of participants to regularly review and stay informed about any updates.
By joining any of the SunServe group sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your participation signifies your acceptance of these terms.
