Our mission is to provide a safe space for lesbian,
gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth who may be
homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, in foster care, shelters or
group homes or who are transitioning out of the child welfare system
which will nurture their health and well-being and enhance their pride
and self-esteem.
Our vision is to
create a self-affirming,
alcohol and drug-free environment in which 13 - 17 year old LGBTQ youth
can come together, meet others like themselves, and have the opportunity
and support to self-identify according to their own feelings.
Our hope for the future is to expand services and programming and to create group homes for LGBT youth. |
