The Youth and Family Services program offers traditional mental health counseling for youth and families. Services include:

    • Individual Therapy
    •

    Play Therapy

    • Couples Therapy
    • Family Therapy
    • Group Therapy
    • Support Groups for Parents

Many issues can be addressed including (but not limited to):

• Problems with self-esteem
• Problems with socialization and isolation
• Acting out behaviors affecting school, home, work and social life
• Symptoms of depression and anxiety
• Familial discord
• Abuse of substances
