Clinical Training for Undergrads & Graduate Students
SunServe offers hands-on clinical training and supervision for undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in mental health and social work.
Our program is grounded in LGBTQIA+ competency, gender-affirming care, and trauma-informed best practices, ensuring that the next generation of therapists is prepared to serve our community with confidence, compassion, and cultural humility.
What We Offer

Am I Eligible?
SunServe’s internship and practicum placements are open to:
- Undergraduate and graduate students in mental health counseling or clinical social work programs.
- Students currently enrolled in a practicum or internship course through their university.
- Applicants who complete the interview and selection process.
Please note: We have limited placement slots each semester.
