I am an experienced therapist with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My training as a couple and family therapist makes me uniquely suited to assisting my clients in their relationships and achieving lasting change in their everyday lives. I am a registered marriage and family therapy intern and faculty member at Nova Southeastern University. I am an LGBTQ ally and do not discriminate based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, ability, health status, or life choices.

I work with my clients in a collaborative manner to work through problems and actualize their desired lives. Each person is unique and I believe in tailoring my work with each client to meet their individual needs and preferences. My specialties include couple therapy, mind-body work, spirituality, depression, anxiety, aging and life changes, working with the LGBTQ community, social and interpersonal problems, health problems and chronic illness, coping with stigma, and self-esteem work. Additionally, I am certified in Prepare-Enrich, a program designed to prepare engaged couples for marriage, and enrich the relationships of established marriages.

It is never too late to begin work on yourself. People are amazing, and they are capable of remarkable growth and change, especially for themselves and those they love. Make an appointment with me today - I would be honored and humbled to assist you in achieving your goals.
